Build Parent-Teacher Relationships

  • We promote two way conversations between teachers and parents so that parents are informed of their child's full educational experience.

  • Promoting communications between the schools and parents leads to stronger understanding of the school curricula activities, builds healthier trusting relationships and encourages students to pursue academic excellence.

 Fiscal Responsibility

  • Safety and security is a top priority. Allocating enough resources to fund strategic security improvements throughout the district. Also, taking advantage of available state grants to help supplement these efforts

​

  • Managing infrastructure improvements by utilizing in-house staff, continuing to partner with municipal services for favorable pricing, and examining ways to responsibly develop our district’s annual budget

Inclusive Public Education

  • Encourage intentional spaces where students are free to express their creativity and share their ideas in a safe and nurturing environment

  • Support teaching staff to develop and implement innovative instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles to ensure all students’ academic needs are met

​

  • Support the district’s administrative team to provide them with the tools and resources to further build upon their supervisory capacity that fosters academic success for all students
