Victoria "Cookie" Franco-Herman
Victoria “Cookie” Franco-Herman is a proud resident of Montgomery Township NJ, an enthusiastic community organizer, a longstanding foundation professional, and a loving wife and mother of 2 boys.

Cookie Franco-Herman was born and raised in the Philippines. After graduating with a Political Science degree, she worked in the 1998 Presidential campaign of the former Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines. Two (2) years later, Cookie immigrated to the United States in an effort to discover and tackle new challenges.

Christina Harris
A dedicated advocate and passionate educator who has been proudly serving Montgomery Township on the Board of Education since early 2020. Christina strives to be a role model for her children and the community she loves. Her top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of students in all aspects of their lives, be it emotional, physical, or academic.

Professionally, Christina is an experienced behavior specialist with Sunny Days, an early intervention organization focusing on childhood development. Her expertise extends to her previous role as a teacher, where she taught general elementary education and preschoolers with autism.

Zelda Spence-Wallace
Zelda has served on the Montgomery Board of Education for 3 years and has served as a passionate educator for Public School for 21 years. Under Zelda’s leadership, students and families are highly engaged in educational and service-learning experiences that help raise motivation, create a positive attitude toward community activism, and build a sense of self worth.

Zelda has five children including 3 Monty graduates. They are sports family, enjoying football, basketball, cheer, wrestling, and baseball, while also enforcing academic excellence and an emphasis on community service. Zelda holds two advanced degrees and her strong work ethic upholds author James Baldwin’s reminder to us all that “not everything that is faced can be changed but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
